Quick Reference – Parking
On-site parking is available to Tenants and visitors of the Air Rights Center. There are three garages on the property: the Central Garage, the North Garage, and the West Garage. The garage operator is Central Parking Corporation and is on-site from 7 a.m. – 11 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tenants who are having proximity card and/or reserved parking issues should contact Central Parking.
Hours of Operation 1. Center Garage is open 24 hours a day. You can use the parking pay stations found in North Garage Lobby 1 -P1 Level and in the Center Garage Mailroom Vestibule to pay for parking or use a credit card at the gate. All monthly parkers will be able to use this exit/entrance with their proximity cards. 2. The North Garage is open from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. After 11:00 p.m., and on weekends, the garage is closed, however, the access control gates will remain in the upright position. All monthly parkers will be able to use the Montgomery Avenue exit/entrance on weekends. To enter/exit you will need your proximity card to raise the metal gate and the arm gate. 3. The West Garage (Elm Street) is for reserved parking only. Parking Fees Please contact Central Parking Corporation at (301) 961-2025 or (202) 496-9650 for monthly and reserved parking rates. Central Parking reserves the right to adjust rates.
Parking Garage Access 1. The parking garage entrance is equipped with access control devices. Monthly parkers will need a parking pass for entering and exiting the garage. You may obtain a parking pass from Central Parking Corporation. Daily and hourly parkers need to take a ticket for garage access. 2. Signage is posted to assist Tenants and visitors.
