The Air Rights Center consists of the 110,800 square foot East Tower, the 218,512 square foot West Tower and the 380,220 square foot North Tower. The towers were completed in 1964, 1976 and 1980, respectively and are connected on the first level by an approximately 55,000 square foot retail promenade (included within the square footage listed above) that features a variety of restaurants, shops and services. There are underground and structured parking facilities capable of accommodating a total of 1,227 vehicles.

Location
The complex is located in downtown Bethesda, Maryland, in Montgomery County, seven miles northwest of Washington DC's Central Business District (“CBD”) and approximately two miles south of I-495, Metropolitan Washington's Capital Beltway.
